Genevieve Juillard
Chief Executive Officer
Genevieve Juillard is the Chief Executive Officer of IDG. She is a proven operator with nearly two decades of experience scaling the businesses of increasingly large and complex organizations and leading accountable, high-performance teams to execute transformation and growth initiatives. She brings significant people, strategic planning, and operational skills to continue expanding IDG’s leading proprietary data products and technology platforms, and a global business perspective, having held executive roles in Chicago, London, and Australia.
Prior to joining IDG, Ms. Juillard spent more than 15 years at Experian, including serving as President of Experian’s Marketing Services and Data Quality group where she led the strategic transformation of the business, including the acquisition and integration of Tapad. She also previously served as Managing Director of Global Expansion within Experian’s Credit Services business, where she led the expansion of Experian’s global product, data and innovation capabilities, and as President of the US Consumer Credit Bureau.
Ms. Juillard holds a B.A. and B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley and a MBA and MPP, Management and Public Policy from UCLA Anderson School of Management. She also serves as a Director on the Board of Innovid (NYSE: CTV), an independent advertising and measurement platform.
Michelle Boockoff-Bajdek
CMO
Michelle Boockoff-Bajdek joined IDG as Chief Marketing Officer in June 2024. A seasoned marketing executive, Michelle oversees the company's global marketing strategy, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth through the IDC and Foundry brands. Her extensive industry experience positions IDG at the forefront of enabling IT buyers and vendors to make critical technology decisions.
Before joining IDG, Michelle served as CMO at Skillsoft and IBM Watson and as global head of marketing for The Weather Company, an IBM business. She is a Marketing Academy Fellowship alumna, a founding member of CMO Huddles, and holds a master's degree from Simmons University.
Crawford Del Prete
President of IDC
Crawford Del Prete was appointed President of IDC in February 2019. Prior to his current role, he served as IDC’s Chief Operating Officer. Through his leadership, IDC has established a leading position as the world's most prominent and trusted technology market intelligence provider.
Crawford joined IDC in 1989 as a research analyst. Throughout his IDC career, he has grown multiple IDC businesses to industry leadership positions. He was instrumental in creating IDC’s high visibility research and data tracking products which are used daily in the IT industry for strategic planning.
Crawford is a leading authority on the IT industry and has completed extensive research on the structure and evolution of the information technology industry. He advises technology and business leaders on how to adapt and change in a time when technology is changing the world. He is frequently quoted in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, The New York Times and other leading media sources. He is a regular guest on Bloomberg Technology TV, offering insight and perspective on daily technology events.
He was awarded The Patrick J. McGovern Award for Management Excellence in 2014. In 1995, he was awarded IDC's James Peacock Award for research excellence, IDC's highest research honor.
He holds a B.A. from Michigan State University and in 2012, he was named a Distinguished Alumni of the University.
Renuka Drummond
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Renuka Drummond was appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of IDG, Inc. in 2021. In this role she has oversight for IDG’s legal, corporate compliance, and data privacy functions.
Renuka has over 20 years’ experience implementing technology and developing teams to transform companies’ legal departments. Prior to joining IDG, Renuka was Chief Legal Officer at MediaKind, a video and media technology company spun out of Ericsson and a joint venture between Ericsson and One Equity Partners. As part of the MediaKind Executive Team, she developed the legal, compliance, and privacy programs, was Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors, and led MediaKind’s Corporate Development and DE&I programs. Prior to joining MediaKind, Renuka was Assistant General Counsel of Global M&A at Cognizant Technology Solutions where she executed on Cognizant’s M&A strategy. Previously, Renuka was Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in New York where she represented public and private companies in acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions.
Renuka has a B.A. from Wellesley College and a J.D. from Fordham Law School.
Tiziana Figliolia
CFO
Tiziana Figliolia is Chief Financial Officer at IDG. In this role she is responsible for all aspects of finance including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, procurement, and corporate development.
Tiziana was previously the CFO of Hootsuite, a global leader in social media management software, where she transformed and scaled the Finance organization, and accelerated the company’s path to profitability. Before Hootsuite Tiziana led the Finance, IR and ESG functions at Interdigital, and prior to that she was the Senior Vice President of Global Business Operations at PTC. Before PTC, Tiziana spent 13 years at design software leader Autodesk, where she held various senior leadership roles across three continents, including a long tenure based in Shanghai, China.
Tiziana serves on the Boards of Full STEAM Forward and Asia Global Women. She holds a MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles and Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, and an Undergraduate Degree in Economics from Universita’ Cattolica, Italy.
Mike Finnerty
President of Foundry
Mike Finnerty was appointed President of Foundry in February 2024. A highly regarded digital media and B2B marketing executive for more than 20 years, Mike joins Foundry after nearly seven years in various executive roles at Ziff Davis, a $3B global media company. Most recently, Mike was the GM and CEO of Spiceworks and previously he was GM of Ziff Media, the largest division of Ziff Davis. Among Ziff Davis' dozens of health, entertainment and shopping brands, Ziff Media’s portfolio included leading tech editorial and community brands, Mashable, PC Mag, and Spiceworks. Prior to Ziff, Mike spent over six years in executive positions at The Weather Channel where he held global responsibility for strategy and development, as well as product and partnerships.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University.
Ann-Christel Graham
CRO
Ann-Christel joined Foundry in March 2024 and was appointed CRO of IDG in June 2024. In her role as CRO, Ann-Christel leads IDG’s global commercial teams with a focus on unlocking unmatched value for IDG customers across the full supplier-to-buyer lifecycle. A seasoned sales executive, Ann-Christel brings more than 25-years' experience leading sales teams and Go To Market functions for some of the world’s leading tech companies including SAP, Velocity Global and Talend. Ann-Christel spent more than two decades at SAP Concur where she led various Enterprise Sales Teams for the travel and expense management business unit of SAP. In January 2020, she joined Talend as Chief Revenue Officer, initially a public company taken private in late 2021 by Thoma Bravo. Originally from Norway, Ann-Christel speaks Norwegian fluently. She attended UCLA and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Andrew Hamel
CTO
Andrew Hamel was appointed Chief Technology Officer of IDG in February 2024. As CTO, Andrew oversees IDG’s innovative research and development function, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning to help accelerate and enable IDG’s growth strategies.
A recognized leader in digital transformation and emerging technologies, Andrew has led global product development and engineering functions at several of the world’s leading technology companies. Most recently, he served as CTO of Booster Fuels where he digitized the entire customer experience and led the launch of its AI optimization efforts. He has an exceptional understanding of emerging technologies from previous executive roles at LivePerson and Amazon, where he led Search , Machine Learning and Customer Experience Technology.
Andrew is on the Board of A Breeze of Hope a global philanthropy focused on providing finance, education and technology assistance to those affected by childhood sexual violence. Andrew is a graduate of California State University, Chico in Computer Science.
Susan Hunsberger
CPO
Susan Hunsberger joined IDG as the Chief People Officer in November 2024. With extensive HR experience across multiple industries, Susan leads IDG's global human resources organization, overseeing strategic initiatives such as talent acquisition and management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
Prior to IDG, Susan served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Simply Good Foods. She has also held senior HR roles at ServiceMaster and Nielsen. Susan holds a master's degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green University and a bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Personnel Management from Miami University of Ohio.
Ani Shehigian
EVP, Transformation Business Operations
Ani Shehigian joined IDG as EVP, Transformation Business Operations in April 2024. A seasoned executive, Ani oversees a transformation center of excellence, comprising a centralized, non-technical project management office, change management, and operations optimization team. In addition, Ani also leads operations for the Office of the CEO, with a focus on enabling better cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and alignment of IDG’s strategic initiatives.
Before joining IDG, Ani led large-scale business transformation for global iconic companies such as The Walt Disney Co., Condé Nast, and Deloitte where she was responsible for driving business optimization, organizational development, and change management globally. As the Board Chair of Young Storytellers, a not-for-profit arts education organization, she is passionate about mentoring and helping kids of all ages embrace their creativity and individuality. Ani is a proud alumnus of The University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and is originally from the Greater Detroit area.
